TalentPlus announces the signing of DJ Kut to their exclusive artist roster.
Turntable artist and Personality, DJ Kut, is one of the most celebrated performers in the Hip-Hop scene. Kut’s live mixes have made their way from St. Louis to Nairobi, while his radio play has hit well over 200 markets worldwide. His music has garnered admiration from some of the biggest names in the industry sharing the stage with LL Cool J, Beyonce, Chris Rock, Wyclef, and many more.
As a St. Louis native, Kut spent his early years “playing with 45s instead of toys”, laying the foundation for his success in both radio and live entertainment. In 2000, Kut went on tour with Cedric the Entertainer, followed by hopping back on the road with Nelly and the St. Lunatics. Shortly after that, Kut made his way to New York securing a spot of POWER 105 alongside hip-hop aficionados, Ed Lover and Doctor Dre. After several years on the East Coast, he joined the team at 95.5 R&B Old School for the Lou and he made his way back to the Midwest.
